Rolled oats, dry
1⅓ cup(s), (120g)
Skim milk
350 ml
Dairy free yoghurt, coconut, plain or natural, no added sugar
½ cup(s), (130g)
Chia seeds
1 tsp
Passionfruit(s)
2 medium, pulp only
Instructions

Combine oats, milk and 2 cups (500ml) water in a large saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 4 minutes or until porridge is thickened. Stir in ¼ cup coconut yoghurt.

Serve porridge topped with remaining yoghurt, chia seeds and passionfruit.
