Chorizo and mushroom pizza with paprika yoghurt
wholemeal pita bread
baby spinach leaves
30 g, thinly sliced
20 g, (1 tbs) thinly sliced
25 g, thinly sliced
reduced-fat 15% cheddar cheese
99% fat-free plain yoghurt
- Preheat grill on medium-high. Place pita bread on a baking tray and grill for 1 minute each side until just toasted.
- Spread pita with passata. Top with spinach, mushrooms, onion, chorizo and cheese. Grill for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
- Meanwhile, combine yoghurt and lemon juice in a small bowl. Drizzle pizza with yoghurt mixture and sprinkle with paprika to serve.
