When it comes to a quick, satisfying breakfast, it is hard to beat overnight oats. Here, almond milk and chocolate peanut butter powder join forces for a rich, nutty breakfast cereal. We suggest topping it with banana slices, but you could use just about any kind of fresh fruit you have on hand.

Ingredients

Banana(s)

1½ medium, (1 banana, halved, plus extra slices to serve)

Rolled oats, dry

cup(s), (30g)

Unsweetened almond milk

½ cup(s), (125ml)

Chocolate peanut butter powder

2 tbs

Instructions

  1. Mash half the banana in a medium bowl or jar. Chop the other banana half and add to the bowl with the remaining ingredients and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Top oats with extra banana slices to serve.
