Pauls Mousse, Chocolate, Low Fat

Orange rind

½ tsp, finely grated

Erica's Kitchen Brandy Snaps

Cocoa powder

1 tsp, to dust

Icing sugar

1 tsp, to dust

Orange(s)

4 medium, segmented

Instructions

  1. Combine the chocolate mousse and orange rind in a small bowl. Spoon into a piping bag and pipe the chocolate mixture into the brandy snaps to fill.
  2. Place brandy snaps on a serving plate and dust with cocoa powder and icing sugar. Serve with orange segments on the side.
