Reduced fat oil spread
50 g, pitted, roughly chopped
Dry rolled oats
Dark chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 170°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Stir spread and sugar in a medium saucepan over low heat until melted and combined. Remove from heat, stir in dates and allow to cool slightly.
- Process date mixture in a small food processor until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl, stir in oats and chocolate chips until combined.
- Drop level teaspoons of mixture about 4cm apart onto prepared tray. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on tray.
