2 clove(s), crushed
- Whisk ingredients in a small bowl.
- Marinate chicken (for 30 minutes or longer) or fish (no longer than 15 minutes – or it may start to ‘cook’).
You can use a 1 small fresh red chilli (finely chopped) instead of sambal oelek.
