Chicken, apple and cheddar wraps
80 g, (2 x 40g)
Whole grain mustard
10 g, (4 leaves)
1 individual, thinly sliced
1 medium, cut into thin matchsticks
Cooked skinless chicken breast
80 g, chopped
Reduced-fat 15% cheddar cheese
1 slice(s), (1 x 21g slice), cut into 4 thin strips
- Place the wraps on a board and spread the mustard evenly down the centre of each.
- Top with lettuce, celery, apple, chicken and cheese, then fold in top and bottom and roll up wraps to serve.
