Canned black cherries in syrup
99% fat-free plain natural yoghurt
5 piece(s), toasted, finely chopped
Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- Divide cherries and syrup among serving glasses and top with half the yoghurt. Sprinkle with muesli and top with remaining yoghurt.
- To serve, drizzle muesli cups with honey and sprinkle with hazelnuts and pepitas.
To toast hazelnuts, preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan-forced. Spread hazelnuts on a baking tray and bake for 3–5 minutes or until toasted. You can also use dry-roasted hazelnuts instead of toasting your own.
