Rich with flavour and high in healthy oils, try this Chargrilled tandoori salmon

Ingredients

Tandoori paste

1 tbs

Skinless salmon

480 g, (4 x 120g fillets)

Asparagus

2 bunch(es)

Snow peas

300 g

Low fat tzatziki

200 g

Oil spray

1 x 3 second spray(s)

Instructions

  1. Spread the tandoori paste over the salmon.
  2. Lightly spray a chargrill pan with oil and heat over medium-high heat. Cook the salmon for 3-4 minutes each side or until lightly charred for medium-rare or until cooked to your liking.
  3. Add the asparagus and snow peas, and cook for 4 minutes or until lightly charred and just tender. Serve the salmon with the vegetables and a dollop of tzatziki.

Notes

SERVING SUGGESTION: 2 cups of boiled basmati rice.TIP: For more intense flavour, marinate the salmon in the tandoori paste overnight.
