Brussels sprouts with almonds, garlic and capers

Freshen up Brussels sprouts with tangy capers, sweet maple syrup and flaked almonds.

Capers, rinsed, drained
- Halve or quarter sprouts. Cook in a non-stick frying pan with oil over medium heat until lightly golden. Add garlics, almonds and capers. Cook until capers are crisp and almonds are golden. Drizzle with maple syrup.
