250 g, quartered
Roasted capsicum, not in oil
125 g, red variety, chopped
Red onion
½ small, thinly sliced
Fresh coriander

Bruschetta (WW recipe)

Reduced-fat hummus
⅔ cup(s), (165g)
Instructions

Combine tomatoes, capsicum, onion and coriander in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
