Ingredients

Cherry tomatoes

250 g, quartered

Roasted capsicum, not in oil

125 g, red variety, chopped

Red onion

½ small, thinly sliced

Fresh coriander

2 tbs, chopped

Bruschetta (WW recipe)

4 slice(s)

Reduced-fat hummus

cup(s), (165g)

Instructions

  1. Combine tomatoes, capsicum, onion and coriander in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread bruschetta with hummus. Top with tomato mixture.
