The crisp yet tender bite of broccoli has made it a go-to vegetable, tossing it with crunchy almonds gives this side sophistication and an exceptional taste

Ingredients

Broccoli

400 g, trimmed, cut into florets

Reduced fat oil spread

2 tsp, melted

Flaked almonds

¼ cup(s), toasted

Instructions

  1. Boil, steam or microwave broccoli until just tender. Drain. Combine spread and almonds in a large bowl. Add broccoli and toss gently to combine. Serve.

You need 1 large head of broccoli for this recipe.
