Caster sugar

2 tsp

No added sugar orange juice

2 cup(s), (500ml) blood orange variety

Natural mineral water

2 cup(s), (500ml) sparkling

Orange(s)

1 large, blood orange variety, halved, thinly sliced

Instructions

Place the sugar and blood orange juice in a large jug and stir to combine.

To serve, pour the blood orange juice mixture over ice into serving glasses. Top with mineral water and garnish with blood orange slices.
