Our Bircher doesn’t have to soak overnight. You’re just a tub of yoghurt away from the perfect creamy muesli.

Ingredients

99% fat-free plain yoghurt

300 g

Wheat bran cereal

1 cup(s), (45g)

Dry rolled oats

cup(s), (30g)

Linseed or flaxseed

2 tbs

Skim milk

2 tbs

Fresh strawberries

8 individual, hulled, chopped

Fresh blueberries

½ cup(s), (80g)

Rockmelon or cantaloupe

250 g, peeled, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Place the yoghurt, bran, oats, flaxseeds, milk and half the strawberry and blueberries in a large bowl and stir to combine. Divide between two serving bowls and top with the remaining fruit.
