The juices from the berries mingle with hazelnut liqueur to create a deep red sauce that is simply divine.
60 ml, (1/4 cup), hazelnut flavoured
1 whole, split lengthways
- Place strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, liqueur, juice, sugar and vanilla bean in a 4.5 litre (18-cup) slow cooker. Stir to combine. Cook, covered, on high for 1 hour 30 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly before serving.
