Ingredients
99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened
2 cup(s), (480g)
Chia seeds
2 tbs
Fresh lemon rind
½ tsp, finely grated
Fresh berries
2 cup(s), (320g), mixed variety including raspberries, blueberries and sliced strawberries
Granola
⅓ cup(s), (30g)
Instructions

Combine yoghurt, seeds and rind in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate until seeds have softened, at least 4 hours or up to overnight.

Divide yoghurt mixture between 4 mason jars or glasses. Top each with ½ cup berries and 1 tablespoon of granola.
