Start your day with this berrylicious smoothie.
Fruit juice, all types
1 cup(s), (apple and berries)
1 medium, peeled, sliced
1 cup(s), (115g) plus 1 cup ice cubes
99% fat-free vanilla yoghurt, sweetened
- Place the banana, fruit juice, mixed berries, yogurt and ice-cubes into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve.
