Ingredients

97% fat-free cottage cheese

50 g, (1/4 cup)

Beetroot, canned in brine, drained

50 g

garlic

¼ clove(s), crushed

walnuts

2 piece(s), (2 halves), chopped and toasted

wrap, rye

28 g, (28g), toasted, broken into chards

Instructions

  1. Place the cottage cheese, beetroot and garlic in a small food processor and process until smooth. Season with black pepper.
  2. Sprinkle with walnut and serve with the toasted wrap.

Notes

TIP: Toast mountain bread in a sandwich press or frying pan until crisp.
