Ingredients
Beetroot, cooked without added fat
100 g, fresh (see tip)
Frozen blueberries
100 g
Freshly squeezed orange juice
⅓ cup(s), (85ml)
99% fat-free, plain Greek yoghurt, unsweetened
1½ tbs
Instructions

Blend beetroot, blueberries, orange juice and yoghurt in a blender until smooth and combined. Pour evenly into 2 glasses or travel mugs and serve.
