Banh mi–style turkey burgers
Turkey breast mince
2 tbs, finely chopped
Reduced salt soy sauce
2 tsp, finely grated
2 clove(s), crushed
Coleslaw mix, without dressing
1 cup(s), (100g), fine-cut variety
½ medium, cut into matchsticks
Sweet chilli sauce
Toasted white English muffin
4 regular, (4 x 65g), split, toasted
1 x 3 second spray(s)
- Place turkey, coriander, soy sauce, ginger and garlic in large bowl and mix to combine. Divide mixture evenly into 4. Shape each portion into a 10cm patty.
- Lightly spray a grill pan with oil and heat over medium-high heat until hot. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until lightly charred and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, combine coleslaw mix, cucumber and lime juice in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper and toss well.
- Mix mayonnaise with chilli sauce in a separate small bowl. Spread muffin bases with mayonnaise mixture. Top with burger patties, coleslaw and muffin tops.
