Who says sundaes are just for dessert? Swap the ice-cream for yoghurt and breakfast is served.

Ingredients

Banana(s)

1 small, sliced

99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened

¾ cup(s), (180g)

Maple syrup

2 tsp

Natural muesli

1 tbs

Pecans

4 piece(s), finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the banana in a tall serving glass and top with yogurt.
  2. Serve sundae drizzled with the syrup and sprinkled with muesli and pecans.

Notes

TIP: This is a great portable breakfast when you are on the go. Simply layer the sundae into a cup with a lid and eat when you get to work.
