Banana and muesli breakfast sundae
Who says sundaes are just for dessert? Swap the ice-cream for yoghurt and breakfast is served.
1 small, sliced
99% fat-free plain yoghurt
¾ cup(s), (180g)
4 piece(s), finely chopped
- Place the banana in a tall serving glass and top with yogurt.
- Serve sundae drizzled with the syrup and sprinkled with muesli and pecans.
TIP: This is a great portable breakfast when you are on the go. Simply layer the sundae into a cup with a lid and eat when you get to work.
