Banana and cinnamon smoothie
- 300 g artificially sweetened no-fat vanilla yoghurt
- 2 medium banana
- 1/2 cup(s) skim milk, (125ml)
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, plus extra to serve
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon to serve.
