Ingredients

No-fat, no added sugar vanilla yoghurt

300 g

Banana

2 medium

Skim milk

½ cup(s), (125ml)

Ground cinnamon

¼ tsp, plus extra to serve

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon to serve.
