Baked prawn in lemony garlic sauce

Ingredients
Raw peeled prawns
570 g, (about 30)
Lemon juice
¼ cup(s)
Butter
2 tsp, melted
Garlic
2 clove(s), minced
Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
Lemon pepper seasoning
¾ tsp
Ground cayenne pepper
¼ tsp
Fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 tbs, chopped, to garnish

Preheat oven to 220°C. Coat a 20cm x 30cm baking dish with oil spray.

Arrange prawns in a single layer in prepared dish. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, melted butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon pepper seasoning, and cayenne pepper. Pour over prawns.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until prawns are cooked through. Serve prawns sprinkled with parsley.
