Baked chilli lime salmon
skinless salmon fillet(s)
500 g, (Buy 4 x 125g fillets)
1 tsp, finely grated
dried chilli flakes
garlic, dried, powder or flakes
1 bunch(es), cut into 6cm lengths
400 g, quartered
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Cut 4 sheets of foil large enough to enclose fish and top each with a sheet of baking paper. Place salmon in centre of each paper.
- Combine honey, lime rind and juice, chilli and garlic in a small bowl. Drizzle over salmon and season with salt and pepper. Wrap paper and foil around salmon to enclose completely.
- Place parcels on baking tray. Bake for 12 minutes or until cooked through. Serve immediately.
