Mango
1 medium
Non-alcoholic diet ginger beer
3 glass(es), (750ml)
Kiwifruit
2 medium, sliced
Instructions

Puree the mango flesh in a blender until smooth. Combine mango puree, ginger beer and chopped kiwifruit in a large jug.

Add ice to 4 serving glasses. Pour the ginger beer mixture over the ice and top with sliced kiwifruit.
