Asian turkey sandwich
Need a little lunchtime inspiration? Why not try the unexpected by giving a simple sandwich an Asian twist and using grated zucchini instead of lettuce.
Light whole egg mayonnaise
Soy and linseed bread
4 slice(s), (4x35g slices)
Turkey, sliced, 98% fat-free
2 serve(s), (2x50g slices)
½ cup(s), grated
½ cup(s), trimmed
- Combine hoisin sauce and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Spread bread with mayonnaise mixture. Top half the bread slices with turkey, zucchini and alfalfa. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Sandwich with remaining bread slices. Serve.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Carrot, celery and red capsicum sticks.
