Mustard cabbage (gai choy)
2 cup(s), shredded
1 medium, cut into thin matchsticks
2 individual, (green) thinly sliced
Sweet chilli sauce
- Cook snow peas in a medium saucepan of boiling water for 1 minute or until bright green and just tender. Drain and refresh in a large bowl of cold water. Drain. Thinly slice lengthways.
- Place snowpeas, wombok, carrot and shallots in a large bowl.
- Add lime juice, sweet chilli sauce and sesame oil and toss gently to combine. Serve.
