Artichoke and white bean dip
This tasty dip is sure to please the crowds with its tangy lemon and garlic flavours and chunky textures, served with crackers. As a bonus, it only takes five minutes to prepare!
Canned cannellini beans, rinsed, drained
1 400g can, (1x400g can)
Artichoke hearts, canned, rinsed, drained
280 g, marinated variety
99% fat-free plain Greek yoghurt
1 clove(s), crushed
WW Nibblies, Sour Cream and Chives
8 packet(s), (8x18g packets)
- Process beans, artichokes, yoghurt, juice and garlic in a food processor until almost smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with crackers.
