Enjoy a fancy smoothie for an on the go breakfast with this chai infused delight.

Ingredients

Tea, chai, original

1 bag(s), vanilla flavour

Apricot, canned in natural juice, drained

95 g, (4 halves)

99% fat-free vanilla yoghurt, sweetened

cup(s), (80g)

Ground cinnamon

¼ tsp, plus extra to sprinkle

Instructions

  1. Pour ½ cup (125ml) boiling water into a heatproof jug. Add tea bag. Set aside for 5 minutes. Remove tea bag. Set aside to cool.
  2. Blend tea, apricots, yoghurt, 1/2 cup ice and cinnamon in a blender until smooth. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon to serve.

Notes

TIP: Steep the tea the night before and place in the fridge until morning. Measure out the other ingredients so you can simply pop them in the blender in the morning.
