Apple and cinnamon upside down pancake

½ medium, peeled, cored, cut into thin slices
2 individual, roughly chopped
dry rolled oats

white self-raising flour
no added sugar apple puree
¼ cup(s), (60ml)
99% fat-free plain yoghurt
- Remove the WW Egg Poacher Insert from the Omelette Maker. Add spread, apple, syrup, cinnamon, dates and 1 tablespoon water to Omelette Maker. Stir to coat apples. Microwave CLOSED on 70% power for 2 minutes.
- Process oats, egg, banana, flour and apple puree in a food processor until well combined.
- Arrange apple mixture evenly over bottom of Omelette Maker. Pour over oat mixture to completely cover apples. Microwave, uncovered on 70% power for 4-5 minutes or until just cooked through. Set aside in Omelette Maker for 2 minutes before turning out onto a plate. Serve warm with yoghurt.
