Apple and carrot salad
Red apple, unpeeled
1 large, cut into matchsticks
1 large, green variety, unpeeled, cut into matchsticks
3 cup(s), grated, cut into matchsticks
¼ cup(s), finely chopped, sliced
60 g, crumbled
- Place apples in a large bowl and toss with lemon juice. Add carrots, chives, oil, sugar and cheese. Season with salt and pepper and toss thoroughly.
