Apple and almond crumble
Dry rolled oats
⅓ cup(s), (30g)
⅓ cup(s), (50g)
Reduced fat oil spread
¼ cup(s), (40g)
Apple, stewed, unsweetened

- Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan-forced. Lightly spray a 3-cup (750ml) capacity baking dish with oil.
- Combine oats, flour, sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. Using fingertips, rub in spread until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Stir in almonds.
- Place apple in prepared dish. Sprinkle with oat mixture and bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden. Serve with ice-cream.
- NOTE: You can use peaches or apricots in natural juice (drained) instead of apple.
