Ingredients
Baguette
300 g, cut into 4 pieces and split
Sundried tomato pesto
2 tbs
Prosciutto fat trimmed
80 g, fat trimmed
Artichoke hearts, canned, rinsed, drained
170 g, sliced
Roasted capsicum, not in oil
100 g, drained, sliced
Rocket
2 cup(s), (60g)
Instructions

Spread baguette bases with pesto. Top with prosciutto, artichokes, capsicum and rocket. Sandwich with baguette tops. Serve.
