Anna's sticky barbecue glazed meatballs

Ingredients
Chicken breast mince
500 g
Onion
1 small, finely chopped
Fresh flat-leaf parsley
¼ cup(s), chopped
Seasoning
3 tsp, all purpose
Sesame seeds
1 tsp, toasted
Mixed salad leaves
4 cup(s), (120g)
Lemon(s)
1 medium, wedges to serve
Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs
Apple cider vinegar
1 tbs
Chicken stock
2 tbs
Fountain Sauce, BBQ, No Added Sugar
2½ tbs, or other no added sugar brand

Combine chicken, onion, parsley and all-purpose seasoning in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Shape rounded tablespoons of mixture into 24 meatballs.

Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook meatballs, in batches if necessary, turning for 5 minutes or until just browned.

Meanwhile, to make the glaze, combine Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, stock and barbecue sauce in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to the boil. Add meatballs, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until liquid has reduced to a sticky thick glaze and meatballs are cooked through. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with salad leaves and lemon wedges.
