Ingredients

Dry rolled oats

1 cup(s), (90g)

Shredded or desiccated coconut

½ cup(s), (40g)

Reduced-sugar dried cranberries

½ cup(s), (75g)

Ground cinnamon

1 tsp

Vanilla essence

1 tsp

Maple syrup

3 tsp

Orange rind

1 tbs

Freshly squeezed orange juice

¼ cup(s), (60ml)

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor until well combined. Add a splash of water if needed.
  2. Using damp hands, roll mixture into 15 balls. Transfer to a tray, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
