Shredded or desiccated coconut
½ cup(s), (40g)
Reduced-sugar dried cranberries
½ cup(s), (75g)
Freshly squeezed orange juice
¼ cup(s), (60ml)
- Process all ingredients in a food processor until well combined. Add a splash of water if needed.
- Using damp hands, roll mixture into 15 balls. Transfer to a tray, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
