Anna’s chocolate hazelnut bliss balls

12 individual, pitted
chocolate hazelnut spread
shredded or desiccated coconut
- Process hazelnut meal, dates, cocoa, hazelnut spread, ½ teaspoon salt and maple syrup in a food processor until mixture forms a thick paste.
- Place coconut on a plate. Roll a tablespoon of mixture into a ball. Repeat to make 25 balls. Roll balls in coconut to coat and place on a plate. Cover and chill in fridge until firm.
