Ingredients
Chia seeds
¼ cup(s), (45g)
Banana(s)
1 medium, ripe
97% fat-free cottage cheese
1 cup(s), (250g)
Cocoa powder
2 tbs
Maple syrup
2 tsp, pure
Unsweetened almond and coconut milk
⅓ cup(s), (80ml)
WW Chocolate Bar, Coconut Delight
2 bar(s), chopped
Fresh raspberries
4 piece(s)
Fresh mint
4 sprig(s), to garnish
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine chia seeds and ½ cup (125ml) tap water, stir and let stand for 10 minutes to thicken.

Into a food processor, add banana, and cottage cheese. Blend until smooth.

Add chia mix, cocoa powder, maple syrup and unsweetened coconut and almond milk. Blend until smooth.

Spoon mixture between 4 x 1 cup (250ml) capacity glasses. Distribute chopped WW choc coconut delight bars, evenly, over the top of each pudding. Add a raspberry to each and a sprig of mint.

Refrigerate until serving.
