Air-fryer pasta chips
60 g, farfalle
- Cook farfalle in a large saucepan of boiling salted water following packet instructions until tender. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Add oil, nutritional yeast and season with salt. Toss to coat farfalle.
- Preheat air fryer to 180℃. Add farfalle to basket. Air-fry for about 10 minutes, gently shaking the basket halfway through, or until golden. Transfer to a serving plate and set aside to cool (they will become crunchy as they cool).
TIPS: Great served with a dip or just as good on their own. Use any pasta shapes you have on hand. Instead of nutritional yeast you can use parmesan cheese.
