Frozen berries are perfect to add to a smoothie! They are vitamin filled and give a great vibrant colour. Oats and chia seeds add texture and a little crunch.

dry rolled oats

skim milk

chia seeds

acai powder

banana

frozen berries

½ cup(s), mixed variety
