Frozen berries are perfect to add to a smoothie! They are vitamin filled and give a great vibrant colour. Oats and chia seeds add texture and a little crunch.

Ingredients

Rolled oats, dry

20 g, (1 tbs)

Skim milk

1 cup(s), (1 cup)

Chia seeds

1 tsp

Acai powder

1 tsp

Banana(s)

½ small

Frozen berries

½ cup(s), mixed variety

Instructions

  1. Blend rolled oats with milk, chia seeds, acai powder, banana and frozen mixed berries until smooth.
