An excellent recipe. I didn't have garlic powder, so I used fresh minced garlic instead, and I don't like dill, so I used rosemary. Both substitutions worked out just fine!
Wonderful. Second time I've made it.
Delicious! I'm not a Dijon mustard fan, but I still loved this dish. Did not have dill on hand so made it without. Looking forward to trying it again (soon) with the fresh dill. Very easy dish to make. Served it over sauteed fresh spinach for a very healthy meal.
This glaze would work well with pork too. And you can change up the ingredients a bit, and it is just as tasty and low in points. I added a teaspoon of olive oil and skipped the dried mustard. I also did not reserve the sauce but baked it right over the fish. It was delicious and very filling as a main course.
