Why I WW: I became a Lifetime member 22 years ago after losing more than 100 pounds. A diagnosis of pre-diabetes and a family history of heart disease brought me to a clear need for change. Currently, I am actively working on maintaining a healthy weight, improving my muscle mass, and protecting my progress.

My Non-Negotiables: My water bottle never leaves me, and my food for the day is pre-tracked with some rare exceptions. Just like a great hike, I need water, snacks, and a map!

My Go-To Strategy: I am a busy husband and father of two, with a lot of balls in the air every day. Having a plan for food and activity, staying organized, and leaving time for self-care are key to my success. If it isn't on my calendar, it doesn't exist, so I schedule time for meal planning and prep, movement, and rest.

My Vibe: Encouragement, problem-solving, and plenty of dad-level humor. I help people get unstuck by breaking challenges into manageable steps, cheering them on when they succeed, and keeping things light with jokes that are equal parts groan-worthy and heartwarming. If you can laugh and make progress, you're in the right place. Be patient with yourself - and persistent. Transformation isn't about flipping a switch; it's about showing up, even imperfectly, over and over again.
