Tuna and soba noodle lettuce wraps

Flavoured tuna in oil, drained
4 can(s), (4x95g can)
2 large, shredded
1 medium, thinly sliced
4 individual, thinly sliced diagonally
2 medium, wedges to serve
- Fill and boil the kettle. Pour boiling water into a large saucepan and return to the boil over high heat. Add noodles and cook, following packet instructions, until just tender. Drain and rinse under cold running water until cool. Drain.
- Top lettuce with noodles, tuna, carrot, avocado and shallots. Serve with lemon wedges.
