Tomato and red onion salsa

3 large, deseeded, finely chopped
1 medium, thinly sliced
Fresh red chilli
1 whole, long, deseeded, finely chopped
2½ tbs, finely chopped, includes 1 tbs to serve
- Combine tomato, onion, chilli, coriander and juice in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with extra coriander.
