This wrap is a great way to help add beans to a meal. They will give the wrap bulk and compliment the pulled pork. In only 10 minutes you can have a fresh, filling wrap for the day’s lunch.

Ingredients

wholemeal tortilla

1 individual, (40g)

Iceberg lettuce

1 cup(s), shredded

rocket

10 g

pork, roast, deli-sliced

80 g, (pulled pork)

Canned mixed beans

½ cup(s), drained, rinsed

tomato-based salsa

2 tbs

Instructions

  1. Warm wrap in microwave following packet instructions.
  2. Top wrap with lettuce, rocket and pork. Combine bean mix and salsa in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon bean mixture into centre of tortilla. Roll tightly to enclose filling. Serve.

Notes

SERVING SUGGESTION: Mixed salad leaves. TIP: Pulled pork is available in packets in the deli-meat section of the chiller cabinets in most supermarkets. If unavailable you can use sliced roast pork.
