Selena's cajun spiced fish with veggies

⅓ cup(s), (55g)
Skinless white fish
4 fillet(s), (4 x 150g), firm variety
500 g, peeled, chopped
2 bunch(es), steamed, to serve
1 medium, wedges, to serve
1 x 3 second spray(s)
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Combine polenta and seasoning on a plate. Press each fish fillet into polenta to coat all sides. Place fish on prepared tray and lightly spray with oil. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, boil, steam or microwave pumpkin until tender. Drain, and mash until smooth.
- Serve fish with mashed pumpkin, steamed broccolini and lemon wedges.
