Sarah's cinnamon doughnuts

White self-raising flour
1 x 3 second spray(s)
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly spray a 6-hole doughnut pan with oil.
- Place banana, flour, egg and a pinch of cinnamon in a small blender and process until smooth (see tip).
- Divide mixture between prepared doughnut holes and bake for 15 minutesor until golden.
- Combine sugar and remaining cinnamon in a small bowl. Roll each doughnut immediately in the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
You can use any type of blender to make the doughnut mixture.
