Rye wrap with smoked salmon and cucumber

Salmon and cream cheese is a classic combination and it’s amazing how much difference a few fresh chives can make.
Light cream cheese
1 individual, (1 x 43g wrap)
½ medium, thinly sliced
2 slice(s), (2 x 25g)
- Place cream cheese and chives in a small bowl. Stir to combine. Place wrap on a flat surface and spread with cream cheese mixture.
- Place lettuce down the centre of wrap. Top with cucumber and salmon. Roll firmly to enclose filling. Cut in half to serve.
