Bread is a staple food all over the world, but did you know different countries have their own types and methods of cooking bread?
Wholemeal lebanese bread
50 g, chopped
50 g, roasted without oil, cut into strips
Deli-sliced roast beef
85 g, (rare), thinly sliced
- Place bread on a clean work surface. Arrange watercress over half the bread, top with semi-dried tomatoes, capsicum and roast beef. Roll up bread to enclose filling. Serve immediately, or wrap in foil, plastic wrap or paper and refrigerate until serving time.
