Two ingredients are all you need for this tangy dessert
2 large, ripe variety, peeled
- Place bananas in a snap-lock bag in freezer for 3 hours or until frozen.
- Process the bananas in a food processor until smooth. Add the raspberries and process until combined.
- Scoop the sorbet into serving bowls.
TIP: Be sure to choose ripe bananas for maximum sweetness. Replace frozen raspberries with frozen mixed berries, if preferred.
