Prawn fried rice
Cooked brown rice
⅓ cup(s), (55g)
¼ cup(s), grated, (30g), frozen variety
Frozen green peas
¼ cup(s), (30g)
Cooked king prawns
60 g, any variety, peeled, chopped
1 medium, lightly beaten
1 individual, thinly sliced
- Heat oil in a medium non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Stir-fry rice until heated through. Add vegetables and prawn. Stir-fry until heated through.
- Push rice-vegetable mixture to side of pan and crack egg in middle. Cook egg until it is scrambled. Stir egg into rice and season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with shallot.
